Ordering from AK-47man.com is done by secure online credit card through americart.com (americart is verified by Verisign), by phone, by fax, by email or through snail mail. Hope that you will find one of these methods acceptable. Our office hours are Monday and Tuesday 5:00PM-- 8:00PM MST and Friday and Saturday 9:00AM--5:00PM for those of you that wish to call. Email is not the best way to reach us as we recieve about 500 per day and it is almost impossible to return all of them in a timely manner. AK-47man.com accepts payment in a wide variety of methods. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, bank checks and personal checks. Keep in mind that on the personal checks no merchandise will be shipped until the personal check clears our bank not yours. Cash is always good but not advisable to be sent through the mail. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover card for your convienence. There is a 3% charge on the credit cards usage as all prices will be listed as cash discount prices.

AK-47man.com will gladly ship to out-of-state as well as in-state customers. Shipping on firearms will be $25.00, for those firearms over $1000.00 shipping will be higher to cover the additional insurance cost. Each additional gun on the same order will be an additional $10.00. Shipping non-gun items is strictly done by weight and zip code to the final destination. Keep in mind that ammunition is heavy, shipped as hazardous material and requires an $2.75 adult signature fee. You must be at least 18 to purchase any rifle items and at least 21 to purchase handgun items. Gun buyers do not forget that we will need a signed FFL from your transfer of choice. Shop around for your transfer as not all license holders charge the same price. Pawnshops are usually the lowest but if you have a dealer in mind that will work just as well. We will gladly assist you in how to recieve a firearm legally, all you have to do is ask.

New product will contain manufactures warranties and are to handled by the manufacturer directly, surplus items simply do have warranties. Surplus items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. AK-47man.com assumes no liability for the safe function of new or surplus firearms. It is always advisable to have a qualified gunsmith look at used and surplus firearms.

Ask all questions before you buy as shipping costs and restocking fees will be a costly mistake for you if you if you decide to change your mind. For instance do not purchase a firearm when you know that you will not pass a background check, do not purchase a firearm and expect it to be transferred illegally or do not purchase any items if you are joy riding the net and do not intend to pay. If you want dealer pricing then you should consider obtaining a Federal Firearms License and enjoy the benefits as well as the many difficulties that come with this decision.

Internet prices on firearms are valid for shop pick-up but there is a $25.00 transfer fee. So for example if you are interested in a S&W that is priced at $629.99 on our website then add another $25.00 for shop pick-up. Internet transactions are generally tax free but sorry Colorado residents you will be charged 8.06% sales tax. Internet prices are not available at gun shows as a reasonable person would understand that it is very expensive to do gun shows (table costs, fuel, meals, lodging, unpacking and repacking). The gun shows are for your convenience and prices will be higher to cover the costs mentioned.
